FileBatchPrivacy Policy
FileBatch processes the scanned file list on your device. It does not send the list or your downloads to the developer.
What the extension accesses
Only after you choose Scan, FileBatch reads HTTPS links, image addresses, filenames and source domains from the loaded page. It does not read or transfer Safari cookies, credentials or browsing history. Website access is controlled by Safari permissions.
Processing and network requests
When you choose Download, the native app requests the selected addresses directly from their original servers. URL parameters and signatures are preserved. Those servers receive ordinary network request information, including your IP address and the requested URL. No developer download server, analytics, advertising, tracking or account is used.
Local storage, files and clipboard
The scanned list is transferred through temporary local storage and removed when the app consumes it. The download queue is held in app memory and clears when the app exits. Files are written only to the folder you choose. Saved files remain there until you remove them; FileBatch does not automatically open documents or unpack archives.
Your choices
Cancel one file or the whole queue, choose a different folder, and revoke website access in Safari settings. You can delete saved files using your system and uninstall the app at any time.
This website and support requests
This policy describes the app and its Safari extension. Visiting this support website is separate. The website host may process ordinary request data needed to serve these pages. If you contact support, we use the information you provide to answer your request.
We will update this policy if the app’s data practices change. Effective October 2, 2026.
