What the extension accesses

Safari may ask for access to the webpage so the extension can inspect its text and computed styles. You control this access in Safari's extension settings.

Processing and sharing

Text and CSS are inspected locally in Safari for the page you choose. FontCaptain does not send page text, CSS, URLs or inspection results to the developer or an analytics service.

Local storage and clipboard

FontCaptain does not require an account or cloud storage for inspection results.

Website and support requests

This policy describes the FontCaptain app and Safari extension. Visiting this support website or contacting support is separate from using the extension. The website host may process ordinary request data needed to serve these pages. If you contact support, we use the information you provide to answer your request.

Control and updates

You can manage Safari extension access in Safari settings and uninstall the app at any time. We will update this page if the extension's data practices change. Effective September 28, 2026.
