1. What TabCaptain does
TabCaptain helps you manage Safari tabs and windows. Features may include grouping tabs, moving tabs into a sleep list, restoring sessions, tracking local usage patterns for sorting, and showing site favicons.

Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the TabCaptain macOS app and the Safari extension it installs.

2. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TabCaptain for personal or internal business use, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules.
3. Purchases and premium features
Some features require Premium. Premium purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. TabCaptain reads verified purchase information and stores a local cached status.
4. Local data and device access
TabCaptain accesses Safari tab metadata such as page titles, URLs, window association, position, favicon references, and local settings. This information is stored locally in sandboxed app and extension storage.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TabCaptain unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, interfere with Safari or macOS security controls, or attempt to bypass premium access checks or other product restrictions.
6. Availability and changes
TabCaptain is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change. Temporary issues, incompatibilities, or data-loss scenarios can occur, particularly when Safari or macOS behavior changes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabCaptain is provided without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabCaptain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
9. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you stop using TabCaptain or remove it from your device. Provisions that should survive by their nature will survive.
10. Privacy
Your use of TabCaptain is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
