Safari performs the move
Apple's Safari guide documents moving one tab or a selected set to a new position, the sidebar or another window. Command-click selects separated tabs; Shift-click selects a range.
Moving tabs changes the live Safari workspace. Save form content and avoid relocating tabs involved in active uploads, calls or media when the change could interrupt them.
Find the tabs before moving them
When the source window is unclear, use TabCaptain search or domain grouping to identify the relevant pages across accessible Safari windows. Open a result to confirm its state, then use Safari to move it.

Move by project, not by accident
Give each window a clear purpose before moving a large set. A small number of deliberate windows is easier to maintain than repeatedly moving pages between unnamed piles.
- Define the destination workspace.
- Select the narrowest correct set.
- Move through Safari.
- Check both source and destination afterward.
